This document contains mandatory information under EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR") on the processing of Euromatic’s website candidates personal data.

How and why we process personal data
Personal data provided through our application form (name, surname, e-mail address, curriculum vitae and other information provided on a voluntary basis) will be processed for the purpose of recruiting.
The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Failure by the data subject to provide at least his/her name, surname, e-mail and curriculum vitae will make it impossible to establish a business collaboration. All other data is provided on a voluntary basis.
The data will be kept for no longer than it is necessary to pursue the above purposes and in any event not beyond the withdrawal of the data subject’s consent.
The personal data may be disclosed to such recipients as IT services providers acting on behalf of Euromatic.
Data subjects’ rights
Candidates have the right to obtain from Euromatic, where appropriate, access to their personal data as well as rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of the processing, and to object to the processing (pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR). The aforementioned rights can be exercised by sending an e-mail to info@euromatic.it. Users have also the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
