FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION UNIT WITH SINGLE FORMING MACHINE

  • Fluid refrigerator unit to cool down the internal plug and the plug lubricating oil for Zeta 098 forming machine;
  • Visual inspection system by camera for the geometrical dimensions of the external profile of the vial necks directly onto the Zeta 098;
  • Visual inspection system by camera for the geometrical dimensions of the internal diameter of vial finish and total length to be integrated on the after-forming line;
  • Silk screen printing station to be integrated on the afterforming line;
  • Cosmetic inspection system by camera to be integrated on the automatic packing unit.
