Euromatic, thanks to the strong experience in manufacturing equipment for the production of tubular glass containers for the pharmaceutical industry, propose a concept of modular units to obtain ready for filling glass containers: syringes, cartridges and vials. Modular concept of detray, washing, siliconizing, needle shield/tip cap assembling, nesting and tubbing, Tyvek® lid sealing, bagging.
Detray:
The syringes into trays for storage or transport are gently removed and individually conveyed, avoiding glass to glass contact.
Washing:
Rotary cleaning machine with intermittent movement, up to 11 stations. The glass containers are rinsed inside and outside by means of water and air jets.
The machine structure is made of AISI304, AISI316 for the washing area and has been divided in three different zones: input, output and washing.
Siliconizing:
Internal siliconization of glass containers. Precise movements and special nozzles assure the homogeneous distribution of the silicone.
Needle shield/tip cap assembling:
Unit to assemble the tip cap/needle shield/luer lock with precise positionings.
Nesting and tubbing:
Nesting machine and insertion into tubs with easy empty nest and tub distribution.
Tyvek® lid sealing:
Sealing by means of Tyvek® lid and insertion into protective bag.
